Please note. encore is currently a design preview. This document is written as a realistic template and must be reviewed by a qualified solicitor before the service handles real customers or payments.

01Our commitment

Everyone deserves a great night out. We aim for encore to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and we test with keyboard navigation, screen readers and reduced-motion settings.

02What you can expect

  • Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with visible focus states.
  • Images have text alternatives, and controls have clear accessible names.
  • Animations respect your device's reduced-motion setting.
  • Text can be resized to 200% without loss of content.
  • Total prices are always shown as text, never only in images.

03Access at venues

Each event page lists the venue's access information where the organiser provides it, including step-free access, accessible toilets and companion tickets. If you need a companion or wheelchair space, contact us before booking and we'll work with the organiser on your behalf.

04Tell us what’s not working

If something on encore is hard to use, we want to know. Email support@encore.example with the subject line “Accessibility” and we'll reply within two working days.
